Land finally acquired!!

Finally, we have completed on our land. It's been a very frustrating process as the land valuers have been valuing the land at roughly $150k less than we paid for it - even though you couldn't possibly buy the land for that price now. The valuations seem to be about a year old. The complication being that most land buyers have paid a deposit on their plot and then waited 18 months for the land to register. Our plot registered after 3 months having bought it off someone who only paid for the deposit.
